Each engagement is customised and built individually for the client’s specific markets, service types, and revenue growth targets.
3. Predictive Search Authority (PSA)
Predictive Search Authority (PSA) is NuWorldLeads’ tracked search authority service. PSA delivers a confirmed volume of tracked clicks to the client’s website or digital presence across Google, Bing, and YouTube. It positions the client’s business before potential customers finish typing their searches on Google, Bing, and YouTube. The PSA engagement period and click volume are confirmed in the client’s signed agreement. PSA is available to professional service businesses in all English-speaking markets.
4. The Revenue Automation Infrastructure Audit (RAIA)
The Revenue Automation Infrastructure Audit (RAIA) is NuWorldLeads’ structured interview-based audit service. It identifies where a business is losing time and revenue to manual processes and produces a prioritised automation roadmap with return-on-investment calculations, a three-month rollout roadmap, and a debrief presentation.
The RAIA comprises seven audit types:
• 1. AI Online Presence Audit
• 2. Brand Authority Audit
• 3. PI Law Firm Audit
• 4. Customer Experience Audit
• 5. Marketing and Sales Audit
• 6. Operations and Delivery Audit
• 7. 360 AI and Automation Audit
Each audit type differs in scope and function. Clients select the audit most relevant to their business. Audits may be engaged as standalone engagements or sequenced as part of a broader automation programme. The RAIA is available to professional service businesses in all English-speaking markets.
5. Eligibility
The RGAP is available to professional service businesses operating in the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, and Australia. PSA and RAIA are available to professional service businesses in all English-speaking markets. Acceptance is subject to confirmation of fit by NuWorldLeads. NuWorldLeads reserves the right to decline any engagement at its sole discretion.
By engaging NuWorldLeads, the client confirms they are a legally registered business in their jurisdiction and that the authorised signatory has full authority to enter into this agreement on behalf of the business.
6. Commencement and Duration

9. Performance and Results
NuWorldLeads applies commercial and automation expertise developed across large multinational organisations to the delivery of every RGAP, PSA, and RAIA engagement. The following applies:
• NuWorldLeads does not guarantee specific revenue outcomes, signed client volumes, or return on investment figures. Performance projections provided during the sales process are estimates based on market data and past performance and do not constitute contractual commitments.
• Results are dependent on factors including the quality and timeliness of client-provided information, the competitive landscape of the client’s markets, external platform changes by Google, Meta, and other third parties, and the client’s own operational capacity.
• NuWorldLeads will use commercially reasonable efforts to optimise performance across all activated solutions throughout the engagement period.
10. Intellectual Property
All methodologies, frameworks, systems, processes, and branded infrastructure layers developed by NuWorldLeads, including the Revenue Growth Automation Plan, RGAP, Predictive Search Authority, PSA, Revenue Automation Infrastructure Audit, RAIA, and NuWorldLeads, remain the exclusive intellectual property of NuWorldLeads Group Pty Ltd.
The client receives a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the outputs and deliverables produced for their business during the engagement period. This licence does not extend to the underlying methodologies, frameworks, or systems.
The client must not reverse engineer, replicate, or commercially exploit any NuWorldLeads methodology, framework, or system without prior written consent.
11. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential all non-public information disclosed in connection with the engagement. NuWorldLeads will not disclose client-specific performance data, business information, or engagement details to any third party without the client’s prior written consent, except as required by law or as necessary for the delivery of services through authorised third-party technology partners.
NuWorldLeads may reference the client as a customer in general terms for marketing purposes unless the client provides written notice that they do not consent to such reference.
12. Data and Technology
The delivery of RGAP, PSA, and RAIA services involves the use of third-party technology platforms and services. NuWorldLeads selects and manages all technology on behalf of the client. The specific tools and vendors used are not disclosed to the client and remain part of NuWorldLeads’ proprietary infrastructure.
All data generated through NuWorldLeads engagements, including search performance data, intake conversion data, review generation data, and referral data, is owned by NuWorldLeads and forms part of its proprietary performance dataset. Aggregated, anonymised data may be used by NuWorldLeads for benchmarking, product improvement, and investor reporting. Client-identifiable data is never shared with third parties without consent.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:
• NuWorldLeads’ total liability to the client under or in connection with the engagement shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client in the three months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
• NuWorldLeads shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, special, or incidental loss or damage including loss of revenue, loss of profit, loss of data, or loss of business opportunity.
• NuWorldLeads shall not be liable for any failure to perform caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control including platform changes by Google, Meta, or other third parties, changes in applicable law, or force majeure events.
14. Termination
14.1. Termination by the client
The client may terminate the engagement with 90 days’ written notice. Fees accrued up to the termination date remain payable. No refund is available for prepaid fees covering the notice period.
14.2. Termination by NuWorldLeads
NuWorldLeads may terminate the engagement immediately with written notice if the client is in material breach of these terms and fails to remedy that breach within 14 days of written notice, if the client becomes insolvent or enters administration, or if the client engages in conduct that NuWorldLeads reasonably considers detrimental to its reputation or operations.
14.3. Effect of termination
On termination, all licences granted to the client cease. NuWorldLeads will provide the client with a transition report summarising campaign status, access credentials held on the client’s behalf, and any outstanding deliverables. Intellectual property developed exclusively for the client and fully paid for remains available to the client.
15. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and the parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales, except where the client is located in a jurisdiction where mandatory local law requires otherwise, in which case the following applies:
• United States clients: the laws of the State of New York govern, with disputes subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New York County.
• Canadian clients: the laws of the province in which the client’s principal office is located govern, with disputes subject to the courts of that province.
• United Kingdom clients: the laws of England and Wales govern, with disputes subject to English courts.
